What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and building lasting client relationships. This is a high-volume, outbound sales role requiring a strong work ethic, resilience, and a passion for closing deals.

Prospect & Cold Call - Identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries
Build & Manage a Pipeline - Develop and nurture business relationships to create ongoing revenue streams
Consult & Close Deals - Understand clients' needs and deliver tailored solutions
Client Retention & Growth - Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Achieve Sales Targets - Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas

What We're Looking For

3+ years of sales experience (inside or outside), preferably in high-volume cold calling
A self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently while taking direction and following proven sales strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must be able to pass a background check
