Position Summary:

Adecco Staffing is seeking a professional, fluent Korean Interpreter to support operations at a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Jeffersonville, OH. This position plays a critical role in facilitating effective communication between Korean- and English-speaking employees and leaders, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret verbal conversations between Korean- and English-speaking employees, including during meetings, training sessions, and day-to-day operations.
• Translate technical documents, emails, procedures, and safety materials accurately and clearly.
• Support cross-cultural communication to promote understanding, collaboration, and workplace efficiency.
• Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Prior experience as an interpreter or translator in a professional setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of workplace terminology, especially in a manufacturing or industrial environment, is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
