Grundfos Americas Corporation is seeking an experienced Lead HR Business Partner to join its Commercial Business Services team. As the Lead HR Business Partner for the Americas region within the Commercial Building Services Division of Grundfos, you will be a key player in the Regional Leadership and the global CBS Business HR team. Working closely with the colleagues both in HR and the business, you will manage key people processes and initiatives for the region, including but not limited to talent and people development, leadership development, employee well-being and learning. This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Head of Business HR, CBS and will operate on a hybrid schedule out of the Brookshire, Texas facility. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support now or in the future. Your main responsibilities: Consult and partner with the leadership team to drive key people priorities. Accountable for deployment of the Regional HR plan in close collaboration with Regional management and global HR priorities. Support organizational change and design activities and ensure fit towards Grundfos design principles and business objectives. Accountable for annual HR processes (organizational reviews, EMS, performance management, succession management, talent management). Ensure that the Grundfos values are reflected/integrated in all management decisions and HR Plans in the Region. Responsible for highlighting business needs and sharing realities related to the Region towards HR stakeholders. Support and coordinate the development and deployment of new global approaches initiated from the CoEs. Your background: We imagine you have: Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree Additionally, have a minimum of 6-7 years’ of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education and experience in managing defined processes within HR. Must also possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large global environment is strongly preferred. Proven results in supporting key people and organizational development initiatives in a large organization. Passionate about collaborating with business leaders to ensure sustained people and organizational success. Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluent in Spanish preferred. Being a team player and collaboration skills. Analytical and structured working method. Must be able to travel up to 5% if necessary. Thus, candidates should be able to maintain valid identification.
