Job Description - Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects within the Industrial/Manufacturing/Public industry.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather necessary information for estimates.
- Research and source materials, labor, and equipment costs to ensure accurate budgeting.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure alignment with project needs.
- Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market trends and pricing.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project costs and budgets.
- Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs while maintaining quality standards.

The Successful Applicant A successful Mid-Sr. level Estimator should have:
- A strong background in construction cost estimation, specifically within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
