As a Principal Test Automation Engineer, youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of our AIpowered systems. This role is ideal for problemsolvers who are passionate about quality, automation, and driving excellence across the development lifecycle.

What Youll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts to ensure thorough coverage of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Execute automated and manual testing to identify, isolate, and document defects, including regression and performance testing.
• Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report on software quality metrics and defect trends.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define quality standards and proactively identify potential risks.
• Establish best practices for quality assurance across the development lifecycle and provide mentorship on automation techniques.
• Implement tools and processes for realtime defect tracking and reporting.
• Leverage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) to enhance testing environments.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, specializing in test automation and distributed systems.
• Proficient in developing test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Skilled in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and experienced with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Handson experience with API and microservices testing, as well as distributed systems in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on tracking and improving quality metrics.
• Effective communicator who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about delivering highquality software.
