Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Palliative for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Job Details:

\n

• Work 12-hour variable shifts including days and nights
\n• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
\n• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
\n• Float to any inpatient unit and other Central region locations if needed
\n• Must be outside 50-mile radius from facility
\n• 13-week contract length
\n• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA BLS
\n• Minimum 1 year inpatient palliative care experience preferred; 2 years med/surg experience required
\n• Epic charting experience required
\n• Med/surg skill set required; palliative care/hospice experience helpful
\n• Work on 10-bed unit with 5:1 RN patient ratio
\n• Staffing includes 2 RNs and 1 CNA per 10 patients
\n• Primary cases include palliative, comfort/hospice, and med/surg patients
\n• Any color scrubs permitted
\n• Associate degree or certificate education required
\n• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours with potential call back
\n• Hours not guaranteed during orientation week or when unit is closed for holidays
