Job Title: Welder and Fabricator

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic fabrication and weld shop. Hours for the position: 6pm-4:30am Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication tasks according to company standards.
• Maintain and ensure the safe operation of welding tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret tape measures and blueprints to execute tasks accurately.
• Understand and follow work order routings and instructions.
• Layout parts using weld fixtures to prepare for welding.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and tape measures.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work order routings and instructions.
• Experience in layout of parts using weld fixtures.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.25/hr.
