Location: Colonial Heights, TN Description: Our client is currently seeking a Food Safety Manager in Tennessee to safeguard our commitment to safe, consistent, and delicious products. What You'll Do Supervise daily QA operations in compliance with HACCP and company standards Monitor production and sanitation activities to verify adherence to GMPs and SSOPs Conduct pre‑operational and operational inspections, environmental monitoring, and product sampling Lead root‑cause investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions Train and coach QA and production personnel on food safety protocols and documentation Maintain and audit QA documentation, ensuring readiness for regulatory inspections Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and uphold product integrity What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years in food manufacturing QA, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, GMPs, and food safety systems specific to the Food Industry Certification in HACCP, PCQI, and/or SQF is a plus Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Comfortable in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused production environment Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Research, Analyst, and Information Technology Contact: kluke@judge.com By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for related purposes.
